Maintaining Wellness and Avoiding Burnout in Journalism (Presented by Yung AAJA)
Journalism is demanding. In this half-panel, half-work session, panelists will discuss their own experiences with burnout, along with experts to explain symptoms of poor mental health and how to address them. This panel will be followed by a workshop to help attendees create action items to avoid burnout and maintain their mental health.
