Whether you’re at your current job, making a leap to the next or discussing an employment separation agreement, this two-part coaching session will help shape realistic expectations. You’ll learn not just when to discuss your salary, but when not to. You’ll also learn how to negotiate an entire compensation package, including additional benefits and in some cases severance and separation.
