By 2022, Asian Americans will be the most influential minority esports fan base in the United States. Already, major sports leagues and owners are buying into the notion, creating new jobs and new sports for journalists to cover. This panel will discuss the rise of esports as a global entity especially within the Asian-American sports fan base.
